These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products on the website dozecbd.co.uk. By placing an order, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms.

2. ELIGIBILITY
Customers must be at least 18 years old to purchase products from this website. By ordering, the customer confirms they meet this requirement.
3. PRODUCTS
All products are described as accurately as possible. Images are for illustration purposes only.
Products are offered subject to availability. The Seller reserves the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.
CBD products comply with applicable European and UK regulations at the time of sale.
4. PRICES
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs are shown before final checkout.
The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time, but the price charged will be the one displayed at the time of order.
5. ORDER PROCESS
Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
The customer must verify their cart before confirming payment.
Once payment is completed, the order is final. A confirmation email will be sent.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of suspected fraud or dispute.
6. PAYMENT

Ownership of goods transfers only after full payment is received.

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Customers have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving goods under UK/EU consumer law.
Returned products must be:

Opened consumable CBD products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving returned goods.

9. WARRANTIES

11. FORCE MAJEURE

Fraudulent or abusive accounts may be suspended or deleted.
